1. USE OF THE WEBSITE

By accessing our Site, you confirm you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction and agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

Product availability, specifications, colors, and pricing may change without notice. Limited release products may sell out quickly. Dinari reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Dinari does not store credit card information.

4. PRE-ORDERS & CROWDFUNDING

Pre-orders act as reservations. Estimated delivery timelines may shift due to production or logistics. Crowdfunding platform terms supersede these Terms.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times vary. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery. Dinari is not responsible for carrier delays, customs fees or missed deliveries.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

All bikes are final sale. No returns are accepted for complete bikes. Returns for accessories follow Dinari’s Return Policy.

7. WARRANTY

Limited warranty applies to eligible components. Warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, modifications, and nonapproved parts.

8. CHARGER SAFETY & COMPATIBILITY

You must use an official Dinari charger that matches your specific battery. Using an incompatible charger may cause fire hazards, injury, damage, and void warranty. Dinari is not responsible for damages caused by nonapproved chargers. Contact us if unsure about compatibility.

9. DEALER VS. ONLINE WARRANTY

Dealer purchases: warranty handled by the dealer. Online purchases: submit claims directly to Dinari at info@dinaribikes.com.

10. DAMAGE REPORTING

Damage must be reported within 7 days with photos/video and proof of purchase. Cosmetic damage: - Note on Bill of Delivery, notify Dinari, and provide photos.

- Dinari may require returning the item before issuing replacements.

Major damage impacting safety:

- Refuse shipment, note damage on Bill of Delivery, send photos to Dinari.

Shipping fees for warranty parts are the customer’s responsibility unless Dinari agrees otherwise in writing.

11. FINANCED PURCHASES

Customers are responsible for any financing cancellation fees. Loans are cancelled only after Dinari receives and approves eligible returned items.

12. USED PRODUCTS

Used, demo, refurbished, or clearance units are final sale with no warranty.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All brand elements, designs, images, and content are owned by Dinari. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Dinari is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Product use is at your own risk.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Dinari is not responsible for policies or actions of third-party service providers.

16. USER ACCOUNTS

Users are responsible for securing account credentials and all activity under their accounts.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

Dinari may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

18. GOVERNING LAW

Governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
